To accommodate family’s with different needs, we offer two options.

Annual Registration Fee: $75
Monthly Subscription Plan:
4 bookings - $75/Month
Unlimited bookings - $120/Month

Option 2
Please note the following policies:
Family pays babysitter directly the following rates:
1 child - $18/hr
2 children - $19/hr
3 children - $20/hr
4 children - $22/hr
5 children - $24/hr
+7/hr on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Families are welcome to add a tip or offer a higher hourly rate at their discretion.
Maximum of 5 children per sitter with up to 1 child under 12 months old

3 hour minimum per booking
$15 added to bookings with less than 48 hours notice

Our babysitting app is currently invite-only. Once you complete the client registration process, Kindred Nannies will create your account credentials and send you instructions on how to download and access the app. As a first step, please fill out the Client Inquiry Form.

The booking fee covers:
Access to the app and booking system
Caregiver vetting (interviews, references, CPR/First Aid verifications and background checks, etc)
Ongoing support with scheduling and replacement coverage when needed
Administrative and operational costs that keep everything running smoothly

All babysitters we refer meet the following minimum standards:
Prior professional childcare experience
Completed our thorough screening process, including an in-person interview with our agency owner
Comprehensive background and driving record checks
Minimum of two verified childcare-related references
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Each sitter is carefully chosen to ensure they not only meet our safety and professional requirements, but also provide warm, attentive care you can trust.

Due to the volume of requests, we do not offer meet and greets however we encourage you to book an additional 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for a brief introduction.

Please indicate your preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on babysitter’s availability.

Babysitters can be paid at the end of the service via cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.
Please be sure to include any parking, valet, or related childcare fees that the babysitter may have incurred during the service.

Our booking fee is non-refundable once a babysitter has been confirmed. Due to the time and resources allocated to your booking, cancellation fees apply as follows:
Cancellations made within 3-24 hours of the scheduled service: $25
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled service: full cost of the service
All cancellation fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file. These fees help compensate for the babysitter’s availability and the impact of last-minute changes.

Tipping is not required; however, we highly encourage it, especially if the babysitter went above and beyond in their care. It’s a thoughtful way to express your gratitude and show appreciation for the great care they’ve provided to your children.

Yes, the babysitters are paid for the full duration of the booking, regardless of early arrival.

Kindred Nannies’ Babysitting is referral service, connecting families with childcare providers. Each family is responsible for any applicable taxes. We recommend that families consult with a tax professional to fully understand the relevant tax laws.
